Homeroom Parent Signup Deadline

Description

This is a reminder that today is the last day for Homeroom Parent (HRP) sign-ups for the 2021-2022 school year! If you are interested in volunteering, and have not already done so, follow the steps below.

Once you have updated your information you will have access to all online forms for you to review and complete as needed. **If you do not update your account info you will not receive PTO email distributions, and you will not be included in, or be able to view, the Directory.**

Here's what you need to do: 

  1. Go to https://hcepto.membershiptoolkit.com/
  2. Click on the Login/Register button and login using the same email and password previously created.
  3. If you have forgotten your password you can click on "I forgot my password" to reset it. 
  4. Click on the Parent/Guardian and Student Information form and update as needed--be sure to select the current grade and teacher for each student.
  5. Complete the Directory Publish Preferences.
  6. Once these initial forms are complete, you will be presented with forms for Membership, Home Room Parent Sign-ups, Volunteer Opportunities, and MORE.
